Dr. Jennifer Walden; One of Medicines Most Successful Women

Dr. Jennifer Walden is without a doubt one of the world’s most respected plastic surgeons. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, she discovered her love and passion for medicine at an early age. As the daughter of a dentist and surgical nurse, Walden got a behind the scenes pass into the world of medicine. Fueled by her love for both medicine and education, she set her sights on a degree in Biology, and prepared to follow in the footsteps of her parents.

 

After graduating from the University of Texas, Walden quickly applied to medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Although she was waitlisted after applying, she proved herself to be one of the most successful candidates of the program, graduating salutatorian of her class. After completing her residency, Walden began a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. She would remain there for nearly a decade, gaining knowledge and experience alongside some of the most prominent physicians in aesthetic surgery.

 

Jennifer Walden love for art and creativity, combined with the ability to grant patients a sense of immediate satisfaction drew her to a career in cosmetic surgery.Deciding to pair her love for beauty with her love for medicine, Walden began building her own practice, right in the heart of the big apple.
