Todd Lubar and His Success in the Mortgage Industry

Todd Lubar is the president of TDL Global Ventures, LLC and the Senior Vice President of Legendary Investments. His vast experience in the real estate mortgage industry allows him to understand how it works. It also helps him to excel in pretty much any environment. He uses this experience to help all clients obtain mortgage, especially those who are overlooked by traditional mortgage lenders.

Lubar attended Syracuse University and graduated in 1995 with a B.A. in Speech Communication. That same year, he started his first job in the mortgage industry when he worked for Crestar Mortgage Corporation. As the loan originator for Crestar, he learned the model of the conservative mortgage banking. He worked there until 1999 when he acquired an equity position with Legacy Financial Group. This job gave him the opportunity to expand his lending capabilities of broker loans to outside investors. In 2002, he found Legendary Property, LLC which is a residential development company. The next year, he found Charter Funding, a subsidiary of First Magnus Financial Corporation. He also found Legendary Financial LLC, a commercial lending source for individuals and companies and it is the affiliate of Legend Property.

The economic changes in 2007 and 2008 prompted Lubar to pursue other lines of business. That includes commercial demolition, metal recycling, real estate development, and nightclubs. For many years, he has been ranked as one of the top 25 mortgage originators in the nation. With his banking experience and knowledge, he has helped many underserved clients who have trouble getting mortgage and loans from other lenders and banks. He also develops business relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, CPAs, and insurance agents that contribute to his successful career. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his two children and he loves to travel in his free time.
